Do I need to bring documentation or material to a training course?
 
I am confused whether it is possible to use the options from Table I-2-3-1 for constructing of Departure turn protection areas. For example when TH in a departure is 3000 ft could I use bank angle of 25° for the wind spiral?
 
When an aircraft departs from XXY Aerodrome using SID XYT 3S, it follows the QDM 040º of WWW NDB, which is located on WWW aerodrome. In this case, which magnetic variation shall we use along the departure track?
